What was Eddie Robinson's arm training routine?
Eddie Robinson is one of those genetically gifted bodybuilders who has an ability to hold a serious amount of muscle while also harnessing an enormous amount of strength. He broke two powerlifting bench-press records, which made him a successful powerlifter as well as a successful bodybuilder.
Eddie won many bodybuilding titles including the converted Mr. America title and the Mr. USA title.
He has appeared on the cover of over 75 different national sports magazines and has featured in well over 200 different articles on training and nutrition, plus numerous television appearances. His perfect proportions and his good looks made him one of the most marketable and the most photographed bodybuilders of all time. With his good genes and hard training Eddie won every time he stood onstage winning Mr. Teen USA, Jr. Nationals and finally getting his pro card winning the overall category at the 1989 Mr. USA.
