He has also received many awards, including Academy Award for Best Actor and many nominations for best actor.

Russell Crowe has been known for his lean muscular physique which made him one of the most jacked celebrities in the world.

Height: 5'10", weight: 196lbs, biceps: 17 inches.

Russell's arms workout usually lasts for one hour. His workout is very intense and he loves to train the arms with lighter weight and higher reps.

Bicep curl - 3 sets, 10-12 reps

Incline dumbbell curl - 3 sets , 8-10 reps

Pull up - 3 sets , 20 reps

Man-Makers - 3 sets, 12 reps

Triceps pushdown - 3 sets , 12 reps

Seated triceps press - 3 sets, 8 reps

Weighted dips - 3 sets (to failure)
