What was Ryan Reynolds' arm training routine?

Ryan Reynolds is a Canadian born fitness model, actor and stuntman that we have all seen on screen at some time. Movies like Safe House, Blade, the X-Men movies and Deadpool are just a few of the blockbuster movies he has made.

Ryan is For 6 foot 2 inches tall, weighs 200 to 210 pounds and has built his biceps up to a respectable 16 inches.

Ryan has never competed as a bodybuilder but certainly has the correct genetic makeup to do that if he wanted. He says that he trains with weights most of the time always trying to improve his strength but he qualifies this by saying that showing any muscle on your body is 80% diet and 20% training and not the other way around like many people think.

Ryan explains that you have to keep a workout journal so you can see any time how close you are to reach any specific objective that you are aiming for. Discipline, routine and careful attention to what you eat every day are the key.

Arm Routine

Triceps

Skull Crushers four sets of eight reps
Dips four sets of ten reps
Triceps Pushdowns four sets of twelve reps

Biceps

Preacher Curls six sets of six reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls three sets of ten reps
Dumbbell Hammer Curls three sets of ten reps

Note: Rest only one minute between sets.
