Sylvester Stallone arm routine
Sylvester Stallone has played many film roles such as Rocky Balboa, John Rambo, John Spartan in "Demolition Man" and Barney Ross in "The Expendables" one thing they all have in common is muscles, specifically big and ripped arms.
Sly's stats at his best are 5'10' tall, 220 pounds and he claims his arms were 18 inches around.
He started working out when he was only 14 years old and still looks amazing today in his late sixties, so the man obviously knows what he is doing.
Of course, he was highly influenced by the old school training methods of the 1960's and 1970's, he even was personally trained by 2 time Mr. Olympia Franco Columbu prior to filling Rocky II.
So how exactly did he build those awesome arms?
Well he defiantly has done many different routines over the years but here is a sample of one that he has talked about in interviews:

Barbell Curls for three sets of eight to ten reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls for three sets of eight to ten reps
Dumbbell Concentration Curls for four sets of ten to twelve reps
Sylvester Stallone Tricep Workout
Close Grip Bench Press for three sets of eight to ten reps
Lying Tricep Extensions for three sets of eight to ten reps
Bench Dips for four sets of ten to twelve reps
