The Myth Sergio Oliva's arm routine

Sergio Oliva, known as "The Myth", derives some of his legendary status from his tremendous arms. Sergio, who was an Olympic style weightlifter and managed to escape from Cuba, had a tremendous physique prior to his bodybuilding years. However, once he got into bodybuilding he took his development up even further, and created a pair of arms that were almost too big to be real. At a moderate height, he took his arms up to 23 inches, an incredible number for any era, but especially for the 1960's.
Sergio Combined his biceps and triceps in a single routine to give his arms a tremendous pump.
All exercises were done in a superset fashion. For example, two exercises such as the standing barbell curl and the tricep extention. The sets would be be 8 to 12 reps of the standing barbell curl, followed immediately by 8 to 12 reps of the tricep extention.
