What was Victor Richards's arm training routine?

Victor Richards was born into a family of ten brothers and sisters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, USA in 1964. He strongly believes that any bodybuilder should only train for the love of the sport and not for fame and fortune.

Standing at 5'10" and competing at over 300 pounds of very solid muscle he is no ordinary bodybuilder. Bodybuilding forums online say that his massive arms are 26 inches but in reality those huge arms are 20 inches which places him as having two of the biggest guns next to Arnold and Sergio.

He trained for years at Gold's Gym in Venice beach California and his mentors who always motivated him to train harder were David and Peter Paul who were the well-known "Barbarian Brothers". Competing for the first time at the teenage Los Angeles competition where he won his division and the overall he knew he had found his niche.

But Victor is no ordinary bodybuilder and went on to get a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Human Behavioral Science at University of Southern California. He continues to preach about the balance of mind, body and spirit and still gives seminars on the subject.

Victor trains hard and uses a motivation, which he says, has nothing to do with money or trophies and as he explains in his seminars it needs to come from deep within so that a challenge can be made. He strongly believes in high intensity and always improving on what you were able to do yesterday.

Victor trains his arms using instinctive training, he doesn't have a fixed routine he does what he feels like doing for that day. He doesn't even count reps or sets. He trains as heavy has possible with long rests between sets. He works his arms until he feels they are fully stimulated. He has been quoted as saying "Overtraining is a word used by the weak".
